At OfficeDesk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. If your new desk or ergonomic chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and assembly instructions back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email; simply schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package off at an authorized shipping center.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
